The No Flukes Foundation is a non for profit organization supporting the basketball community through the leadership of Vaughan Alexander.
As the father of Shai Gilgeous Alexander of the Oklahoma City Thunder and Thomasi Gilgeous Alexander, and the uncle of Nickeil Alexander Walker of the Minnesota Timberwolves, Vaughan brings a deep understanding of the challenges and aspirations of young athletes striving for success.

When at-risk youth are provided with safe, consistent spaces—along with sport, mentorship, transportation, meals, and essential resources—they gain the foundation to show up, participate, and grow.

Through consistent engagement, they build confidence, discipline, life skills, and a strong sense of belonging—leading to better decision-making and deeper connection to school and community.

Over time, this support compounds into lasting pathways toward education, leadership, employment, and meaningful contribution to their communities.
